House Rules
These rules exist so everyone gets a full session without getting hurt. They apply to every visitor, every session, no exceptions. Our team can ask anyone who ignores them to leave without a refund.
1. Who can jump
Anyone can jump, but some areas have age and height limits for safety reasons.
Jumpers under 18 need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 6 must have an adult with them inside the park at all times.
The Toddler Area is for ages 0 to 3 only, and is closed to older children.
The Ninja course and Foam Pit have a minimum height of [X] cm.
2. Before you jump
Check-in takes a few minutes. Arriving 15 minutes early means you use your full session.
Every jumper signs a liability waiver, once per person per year.
Grip socks are mandatory. Bring your own SuperJump socks or buy a pair for €3.
Watch the safety briefing. It runs on the screens above check-in and takes 90 seconds.
Empty your pockets. Lockers are free during your session.
3. On the trampolines
Our Air Guards supervise every zone. Follow their instructions immediately, they are there to stop injuries before they happen.
One person per trampoline. Never bounce on a bed someone else is using.
No double bouncing. It is the most common cause of serious injury here.
Somersaults and flips only in the Foam Pit and only if you can land them.
Land on your feet. Never land on your head, neck or back.
Walk between zones. Do not run across the beds.
4. What is not allowed
Some things simply cannot come onto the equipment.
Jewellery, watches, belts, buckles, hairclips and anything sharp.
Phones, keys, wallets and hard objects in pockets.
Food, drink, chewing gum and sweets in the jump area.
Clothing with zips, studs or hard decoration.
Alcohol or anything that affects your coordination.
5. Supervision and our team
Air Guards can pause a session, close a zone or ask someone to leave. They do not need to explain themselves in the moment.
Anyone asked to leave for breaking these rules is not entitled to a refund or a credit voucher.
6. Health and medical
Trampolining is a high impact activity. You take part at your own risk.
Do not jump if you are pregnant.
Do not jump with a recent injury, or a heart, back, neck or joint condition.
Tell staff about any medical condition, allergy or medication before you start.
Report every injury to a member of staff before you leave, however minor.
7. Lost property
Anything left in a locker overnight goes to lost property at reception. Unclaimed items are donated after 30 days.
*If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book rather than on the day.
